In other places there’s so much greenery the modern concrete and metal walls are barely visible. Our first view of a pipe bridge is glimpsed between the trees.

The two concrete sections of the pipe bridge barely seem to meet in the middle and I wonder that holds them together.
In the distance is the arch of Heworth Green Bridge.
