The steps up to the brick wall at the side of the canal mark the location of the former Tipton Green Junction with the now abandoned Tipton Green Branch.

Looking over the wall we can see the footpath running through the walls of the former top lock on the Tipton Green Branch. The remains of the other two locks can be found in a similar condition by following the footpath.
