Approaching WInson Green Junction along the Soho Loop. Immediately beyond the bridge is the junction with the Main Line of the Birmingham Canal Navigations. That runs between Birmingham (to the left) and Wolverhampton (to the right).

It was once possible to cruise straight across at this junction onto the now abandoned Cape Loop.
