We would like to hear from you

If you run an organisation like these we can agree terms tailored to your business needs.  Typically we offer the following:

• Sale or Return on your first order so there is little risk for you.  We always make this offer to new outlets and we have never had any returned for a refund.  This applies to a maximum of 20 DVDs and you must pay the invoice within 30 days, but may return any or all of the DVDs in a clean resalable condition within 12 months for a refund on those returned.
   
• Discount of at least 30% on our recommended selling prices.  The more you buy the bigger the discount we can offer.
   
• Post Free on orders for 10 or more items (any mix).  For less than 10 items we charge the actual cost of the postage, and still charge nothing for the packing etc.
   
• Payment terms of 30 days.  We send an invoice with the order, for payment in 30 days.
   
• Early Season Ordering Bonus.  If you order anytime from 1st February to Easter then we will dispatch your order promptly and date the invoice for payment 30 days after Easter.  This helps us avoid a pre-Easter rush and you benefit from early sales opportunities.
   
• Dispatch.  We expect to dispatch your order within 7 days, and often dispatch the same day.
   
• Website links.  We will show you as a stockist on our website and provide links to your business increasing your web traffic and your potential sales.  We encourage you to provide a similar return link from your website to ours, but that is not compulsory.
   
• Leaflets for Canal Trusts and Societies.  If your Canal Trust or Society stocks our DVDs and you provide us with membership leaflets then we will include one with each relevant DVD we send out.  For example, we include a Cotswold Canals Trust membership leaflet with each Cotswold Canals DVD we send out.
   
• Order by email or post.  We accept your orders by email or by post, which gives a written record for both of us to avoid misunderstandings.  We may accept small orders by phone.
   
• Virtual shop.  If you run a business where you would like to sell our DVDs but don't have the space to stock them (like a hotel boat) then this offer is for you.  We can provide you with leaflets, then you take the orders and money from your guests/visitors and provide us with their address so we can mail them direct.  We invoice you at the end of the month for those sent out on your behalf.  The discount for you will be smaller - but we do most of the work.  Please talk to us if you would like to try this. Some hotel boats already are doing this.
   
• Extras.  We are a small business and happy to vary our terms to suit your needs.  For example we recently granted permission (free) for an outlet stocking our DVDs to shown them on a TV screen in the shop which improved their ambience and, hopefully, will improve sales for both of us.  We are always happy to try new ides like this.
